Originally from Tromsø, Norway, Rune Hauge moved to San Francisco to start his first company shortly after graduating from business school. He sold the company, an apparel brand, and went on to co-found a tech startup where subject matter experts demonstrate consumer products to an audience of shoppers and do Q&A via live video streams. This experience combined with his personal experiences with mentors led to his current company, Mentorcam, a startup that gives ordinary people access to renowned experts for 1:1 advice and mentorship via short video messages.
